The 3D-Forensics/FTI 3D-Scanner and 3D analysis software prototypes were presented together with the project’s innovation approach.

The International Police Conference Photogrammetry / Laser Scanning is a workshop for “police specialists working in the area of crime scene / traffic accident documentation and event visualisation, as well as experts coming from forensics, science, measurement and forensic medicine”. It addresses “themes like possibilities and limitations of three-dimensional crime scene discovery, documentation and visualisation. Additionally, participants are provided with presentations and specialised lectures on interesting cases, innovative hardware and software developments as well as quality management.”
