Eesti Kohtuekspertiisi Instituut, Estonia – loan of initial system prototype (2017)

The initial 3D-Forensics/FTI 3D-Scanner and 3D analysis software prototypes were delivered on loan to the Eesti Kohtuekspertiisi Instituut, Estonia (The “Estonian Forensic Science Institute”).

Members of the Eesti Kohtuekspertiisi Instituut, received a presentation on the system and initial training. There was also the opportunity to discuss the objectives and approach in the 3D-Forensics/FTI project.

In the next 3-4 months the Eesti Kohtuekspertiisi Instituut will have the opportunity to familiarise themselves and to test with these prototypes. Their experiences and feedback on user requirements will contribute to the development of the advanced prototype system.
