The advanced 3D-Forensics/FTI 3D-Scanner and 3D analysis software prototypes were delivered on loan to the Regional Scientific Support Services Yorkshire and the Humber, UK.
On the day members of the Regional Scientific Support Services Yorkshire and the Humber received training and participated in “round robin” tests. The “round robin” tests are contributing to the developmental validation of the system and are focussed on testing the consistency of measurement precision (reproducibility) in terms of resolution and accuracy.
In the next 3-4 months the Regional Scientific Support Services Yorkshire and the Humber will have the opportunity to test the advanced prototypes internally and to provide valuable feedback to the project team.
