The initial 3D-Forensics/FTI 3D-Scanner and 3D analysis software prototypes were delivered on loan to the Regional Scientific Support Services Yorkshire and the Humber, UK.
Members of the Regional Scientific Support Services Yorkshire and the Humber received a presentation on the system and initial training. There was also the opportunity to discuss the objectives and approach in the 3D-Forensics/FTI project.
In the next 3-4 months the Regional Scientific Support Services Yorkshire and the Humber will have the opportunity to familiarise themselves and to test with these prototypes. Their experiences and feedback on user requirements will contribute to the development of the advanced prototype system.
